Digital Marketing Services and Solutions
Command Local provides website design and hosting, local SEO, listings and maps management, paid advertising, social media management, content creation, and an answering and booking system for local service businesses. Specific deliverables for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
No guaranteed rankings
Search rankings are controlled by Google and other platforms, not by us. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, or volume of leads, and you should treat any such promise from any provider with caution. What we do guarantee is the work: the audits, the builds, the optimization, and the transparent reporting.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, access where needed, and timely responses so we can do the work. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details, services, and service areas you give us, and for approving anything the answering system is allowed to say on your behalf.
Billing
Fees and payment terms are agreed before work begins. Unless stated otherwise in your agreement, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for work already performed. You can cancel ongoing services per the notice period in your agreement.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the website and content we produce for you, excluding third-party tools, fonts, and stock we license on your behalf. We may use anonymized results and completed work in our portfolio and marketing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
